AMRAP
Definition
AMRAP stands for "As Many Reps As Possible" or "As Many Rounds As Possible." A calisthenics and strength training format where you complete as many repetitions of an exercise (or rounds of a circuit) as possible within a set time.
Why it matters
AMRAPs test work capacity, mental toughness, and aerobic conditioning. They scale automatically — everyone completes the same workout at their own level.
